German edition: Analoges Comeback · available in German only
The more AI produces, the more valuable everything becomes that it cannot produce: your time, your presence and the imperfect. This book tells the story of the analog comeback, from meeting in person to the dance floor to the vintage look, and shows how to bring it into your everyday life.

German edition: Die Dosis · available in German only
Five months of training, a watch that measured every night’s sleep, and in the end a personal best at the Zurich Marathon. The price only showed later: in the impatience whenever the plan didn’t work out. Personal AI agents will soon set the pace not just of our training but of our entire daily lives. This book asks: in what dose?

German edition: Dehumanizing Society · available in German only
We learn empathy and tolerance through everyday friction: on the bus, in the office kitchen, on the tennis court. Digitalization is replacing exactly these encounters. What remains is a society that forgets how to deal with real, contradictory people. The book describes how this happens, what is at stake and which ways out exist, for each of us and for society as a whole.

For many years I have moved between technology, sport and culture. At Microsoft and other companies I sold cloud + AI solutions, I co-founded the culture marketing agency Send Return, and under various pseudonyms I produced electronic music, including with and for Avicii, Fritz Kalkbrenner and Snoop Dogg. Today I live with my family in Zurich.
As a former competitive athlete and certified functional trainer, I know the lure of optimization from my own experience. My books grow out of one question: what is digitalization doing to us as human beings?
